It is a dual-action insecticide combining an organophosphate and a synthetic pyrethroid for enhanced pest control. Ethion inhibits acetylcholinesterase, disrupting nerve transmission and causing paralysis, while Cypermethrin targets sodium channels for rapid knockdown. Together, they offer contact, stomach, and vapor action against a wide range of chewing and sucking pests. This emulsifiable concentrate provides strong ovicidal, larvicidal, and adulticidal effects with long residual activity. It’s commonly applied as a foliar spray and integrates well into resistance management strategies.
